HAL Laboratory (hereinafter, the “Company”) fully complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter, the “APPI”) and related laws and ordinances. The Company is dedicated to the appropriate use and protection of personal information (as defined under the APPI, hereinafter the same shall apply) which you share with the Company.

However, in order to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may share personal information, as necessary, with third-party contractors bound by non-disclosure agreements.
Even in these cases, the Company’s NDA-bound third-party contractors are under the Company’s responsibility, and the Company takes appropriate supervisory measures to make sure this personal information is handled appropriately.

The Company may revise the Privacy Policy owing to changes in laws, etc., related to personal information protection or to better handle personal information. The privacy policy will be altered to reflect the content of these revisions as needed.

About Use by Children Under the Age of 13

The Website is intended for customers over the age of 13 and cannot be used by customers under the age of 13.
