The Company is dedicated to the appropriate use and protection of any information you share with the Company that can be used to personally identify you (hereinafter, “personal information”), e.g. your name, your address, your phone number, your e-mail address, etc.
The Company will not use any personal information you provide to the Company outside of the scope of purpose of use without first obtaining your consent. Any personal information you provide to the Company will be used only for the purposes outlined below.
The Company will not provide or disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except when disclosure is legitimately required by law.

The Company implements measures necessary for the prevention of fraudulent personal information access, as well as the prevention of personal information loss, damage, leakage, and falsification.
When the customer wishes for disclosure, revision, addition, deletion or suspension of use of their own personal information, the Company will accept the request within a reasonable period of time and make sure there are no professional conflicts, or take another appropriate action once the Company has confirmed that the request was made by the customer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
